All merchandise for return or exchange must be returned in “new” and “unused” condition with proof of purchase from Divers Supply, Inc.
Only normally stocked items returned within 14 days of purchase (or in the case of shipped items, returned within 21 days of shipping the merchandise) with proof of purchase will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes. No shipping charges will be refunded. Refunds will be made by the method of purchase only. Examples:
• If purchased with credit card, refund to the same credit card only.
• If purchased with cash, a check will be issued.
• If purchased by check, 10 days must pass prior to a refund check being issued, to allow sufficient time for the check to clear.
Any merchandise returned outside the allotted time frame with proof of purchase will be issued a store credit for the amount of purchase only (no shipping charges will be credited).

General Notes On Returns and Exchanges:
Items without proof of purchase from Divers Supply, Inc., special ordered items, non-stock items and discontinued items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A restocking fee may be charged for some items.
If the item to be exchanged is shipped to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. For your protection, it is suggested all returns and exchanges be sent to us through a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic (US Mail) and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
Warranty Returns must be returned prepaid to Divers Supply for settlement of problems.
Special ordered items, non-stock and discontinued items are non-returnable.
