Any merchandise purchased at Divers Supply Inc. must be returned in new and unused condition with the sales receipt.

Only stock items returned within 48 hours of purchase (or in the case of shipping, returned within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise) with receipt will be refunded the price of the merchandise and tax applied. No freight will be refunded. Refunds will be made by the method of purchase only. (i.e. If purchased with cash, cash refund; If purchased with credit card, refund to the same credit card only; If purchased by check, 10 days must pass prior to refund to allow sufficient time for the check to clear., etc.)

Any merchandise returned outside the allotted time frame with receipt will be issued a "store credit" for the amount of the purchase only. (No freight will be credited.)

Special ordered items, non-stock and discontinued items are non-returnable.
